Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on any cloud plan, with no card required. The trial ends by itself; nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- What is the difference between a subscription and a lifetime licence?
- A cloud subscription bills monthly or yearly, stores your data in Sakura’s cloud, and syncs it across web, desktop and mobile. A lifetime licence is a single payment for the desktop app, which keeps its data in a local file on your own machine and needs no ongoing connection.
- Does a cloud subscription include the desktop app?
- Yes. A cloud subscription unlocks the desktop app on up to three devices per seat, pointed at your cloud workspace so everything stays in sync.
- Are prices per user?
- Plans include one seat by default and you add seats as your team grows. Each seat covers up to three devices, so a phone and a laptop do not consume two seats.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, for both subscriptions and one-time purchases. Sakura never sees or stores your card details.
- Can I get a refund?
- The 14-day trial exists so you can evaluate before paying. If a one-time purchase is refunded, the associated licence is revoked at the same time.
